This is all well and good except that most, if not all, digital cameras format their memory cards in FAT32 and will not accept a card formatted in NTFS format. My machines are custom builds but I have never had an issue with card readers prior to the two mentioned Sandy Bridge builds. Thank you for commenting! But the Formattwr driver doesn't seem to have changed. If that same card is momentarily removed v3.00.0 the machine s then reintroduced, the machine s no longer recognizes the card no progress bar though the drive is still indicated in "Computer".
